Luke has been part of the Mojo Mortgages team for over a year now, but brings with him over twenty years of experience in the mortgage industry. 

He’s experienced all sides of mortgage broking, having worked for big banks, local brokerages and estate agents before settling at Mojo in March 2024. Customers appreciate Luke’s varied expertise as he advises on a wide range of mortgages for first-time buyers, home movers and remortgagers. 

A keen problem solver, Luke’s impressive knowledge of lender criteria enables him to match mortgage-seekers with the most suitable lender for them. This helps him to achieve good outcomes for his customers even when faced with more complex scenarios.

Getting a mortgage is one of life’s biggest - and most personal - decisions, so it’s Luke’s mission to make the process as straightforward and enjoyable as it can be. He does this by really getting to know his customers and their aspirations, so he can recommend a mortgage that best suits their circumstances. 

A success story to remember 

Luke specialises in mortgages for self-employed workers. So, when a customer explained they were struggling to get a mortgage due to being a day rate contractor, Luke knew he’d be able to help. 

Thanks to Luke’s impressive knowledge of lender criteria, he matched the customer with a lender who was willing to accept them. 

Luke explains more: “It was a particularly special case as the customer only wanted the mortgage as their mother had recently passed and they were keen to keep the family home. It meant such a lot to them, and being consistently declined by lenders was causing a lot of stress and personal heartache. Fortunately, I was able to help the customer get the mortgage they needed.”
