• “Online Customer Journey” means the process of signing up to the Advisory Services and providing Us with the information required to allow Us to complete a ‘fact-find’ and provide you with the Advisory Services.
• “mymojo”is an online portal allowing you to monitor the progress of any mortgage advice and application process you have with Us.
• “Services” means the Advisory Services, Online Customer Journey and/or the Tools as applicable.
• “Site” means www.mojomortgages.com
• “Tools”means any tools made available by Us at any time on Our Site which do not require you to go through our Advisory Services to access.

2. Information About Us

2.1 Our Site, www.mojomortgages.com is owned and operated by Life's Great Limited, a limited company registered in England under 06246376.

2.2 Mojo Mortgages are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, Firm Reference Number: 478215 for the provision of advising, arranging and bringing about regulated mortgage contracts, non-investment life insurance and general insurance products.

3. Accessing and Using Our Site and Services

3.1 Access to and use of this website, Our tools and services are subject to these Website Terms of Use. In addition you should ensure you understand and agree with our other terms, as appropriate, as stated within Our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, the Terms of Our Advisory Services and How We Help You documents. If you breach any of these terms, your right to access and use this website and Our services shall cease immediately. You can access all associated documents on Our website.

3.2 Access to Our Site and online tools is free of charge. Any fee for Our advice services or Our additional specialist services, if applicable, will be made clear to you before you agree to proceed.

3.3 It is your responsibility to make any and all arrangements necessary in order to access Our Site.

3.4 Access to Our Site is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We may alter, suspend or discontinue Our Site (or any part of it) at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you in any way if Our Site (or any part of it) is unavailable at any time and for any period.

3.5 In addition, we make Our Site available for United Kingdom ("UK") residents only and in doing so we are not making any offer or promotion of any services or products to persons not in the UK. 6.1.4 You do not do so in a way that is calculated to damage Our reputation or to take unfair advantage of it.

6.2 You may not link to any page other than the homepage of Our Site, https://www.mojomortgages.com Deep-linking to other pages requires Our express written permission.

9.6 By breaching the provisions of sub-Clauses 9.3 to 9.5 you may be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Any and all such breaches will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and We will cooperate fully with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. Your right to use Our Site will cease immediately in the event of such a breach.

10.2.1 Suspend, whether temporarily or permanently, your right to access Our Site;

10.2.2 Issue you with a written warning;

10.2.3 Take legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of any and all relevant costs on an indemnity basis resulting from your breach;

10.2.4 Take further legal action against you as appropriate;

10.2.5 Disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as required or as We deem reasonably necessary; and/or

10.2.6 Any other actions which We deem reasonably appropriate (and lawful).

10.3 We hereby exclude any and all liability arising out of any actions (including, but not limited to those set out above) that We may take in response to breaches of these Terms of Use.

12.1 Use of Our Site and Our online accounts and advisory services is also governed by Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy , Health Data Explicit Consent Policy, Terms of Our Advisory Servicesand How We Help You disclosure. These are incorporated into these Terms of Use by this reference.

12.2 Any and all personal information that We may collect will be collected, used and held in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and your rights and Our obligations under that Act

13. Marketing emails

13.1 When you create an account you will be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive marketing emails from Us, Our group companies or third parties. You can manage your subscription preferences via the preferences page or by using the unsubscribe link in Our email communications.

Your request to opt out of receiving marketing or promotional material will be processed as soon as it is received. Please allow up to 14 business days for your new preferences to take effect.

18.3 If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or by calling 0800 023 4567

18.4 We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet Our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS at https://www.fscs.org.uk/what-we-cover/products.

18.5 Some of the services provided by Life's Great Limited may not be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. For unregulated cases such as commercial or business buy to let products the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme will not be applicable.

19. Law and Jurisdiction

19.1 These Website Terms of Use and Our service, and the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.

19.2 If you are a consumer, any disputes concerning these Website Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Us, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.

19.3 If you are a business, any disputes concerning these Terms of Use and Service, the relationship between you and Us, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
