They’re ready to help you:

  • Explore your personalised mortgage options

  • Get ready for house hunting with an expert-verified Mortgage in Principle 

  • Prepare and submit your mortgage application once you’ve found a property

  • Receive updates on or make changes to your application

  • Answer any questions about your application

  • Remortgage when the time’s right 

Once your mortgage application has been submitted, you’ll then be assigned a dedicated Case Manager who’ll support you right up until completion.

Picking up where you left off?

No problem. If you’ve already filled out our online form, there’s no need to start over - even if your circumstances have changed or you’re now buying a different property. Simply log in to MyMojo to pick up where you left off.

Yes, for the most part, although you will need to book an initial telephone appointment with one of our brokers. This gives our experts a chance to get to know you and make sure you receive real, human advice. 

Once you’ve had your call and you’re happy with our recommendation, the rest of the process can be completed digitally. We’re always on the other end of a phone if you need us, though.

Once you’ve filled out our online form and shared your contact details with us, you can use your email address to log in securely to MyMojo. No passwords, no faff.

Checked and double checked your junk and spam folders? Made sure there are no pesky typos in your email address?

If you’re still not receiving the log in link, please get in touch with our team on 0333 123 0012 or email at hello@mojomortgages.com. We’ll confirm your details and reset your account.

Our protection advice works slightly differently and, currently, is not integrated with MyMojo - though watch this space! 

Once you’ve found the right mortgage for you, you’ll be asked if you wish to speak to our Protection Advisors. They’ll review your current situation and discuss cover that could suit you and your budget. The process will be managed over the phone and via email, with all policy documents emailed over to you directly. 

No problem! You’ll find the name and contact details of your Mortgage Expert on the first page of MyMojo, or on your welcome email.

If it’s been a while since you last spoke to us, don’t worry. Simply fill out another online form and, where possible, we’ll match you up with your previous broker.

If your circumstances have changed since the last time you spoke to us, such as you’ve found a new property or you’ve changed jobs, please contact your Mortgage Expert or Case Manager. This is particularly important if you’ve already submitted your mortgage application to your lender, as changes could impact the result of your mortgage offer.

Alternatively, if you haven’t yet booked an appointment with one of our brokers, please complete a new online form and we’ll make sure your details are updated in MyMojo.

To get your mortgage recommendation, we’d like to see the following for all applicants:

  • Proof of ID (either your passport or driving licence)

  • Proof of income (3 months’ payslips and your latest P60 or, if self-employed, 2 years’ SA302s and either the corresponding self-employed tax year overviews or company accounts) 

  • The last 3 months’ bank statements

This is always the default set of documents we ask for. It may not always apply, for example customers opting for a product transfer, and there may be more specific requests required once an application is submitted. Where this is the case, your Case Manager will contact you to make sure the lender gets what they need from you without delay.

Your expert will validate these documents against both the information you have already provided and the mortgage lender’s borrowing criteria. It means you’re more likely to get a recommendation that’s right first time as it’s the best possible fit to your exact circumstances.

Where we can, we’ll use these documents for your mortgage application too, saving you time and effort down the line. We also may need some additional documents from you, such as:

  • Proof of deposit for your purchase

  • Evidence of other sources of income or supplements to your basic income like bonuses or regular overtime

  • Proof of right to reside in the UK

  • Additional proof of address such as a council tax statement or a utility bill

Your mortgage expert or case manager will keep you informed of what else is needed.

Please provide clear scanned copies of documents rather than photographs, and ensure all four corners are visible (we don’t want to see any fingertips poking in). You can use a scanning app such as Adobe Scan on your mobile device if you don’t have ready access to a scanner!

You will find the option to upload documents in your MyMojo account. Just log in to your account and check for the Documents option in the navigation, then follow the on-screen instructions. Of course, you can be certain that your documents will be securely stored.

If you are still awaiting completion of your mortgage, please get in touch with your Mortgage Expert or Case Manager with any questions. 

However, if you have already completed, you’ll need to contact your mortgage lender regarding any questions about your mortgage product or repayments. Their information will be available on your mortgage paperwork.
